We reserve the right, as we see fit, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time and for any reason. Member Account
Upon registering for this Website you will be sent a username and accompanying password. These are unique to you specifically and it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of such information. You are agreeing to notify CPE Guide of any misuse of or breach of security with this information at crystal@CPEguide.com.
Information gathered during the registration process will be subject to CPE Guide’s privacy policy which can be found herein and is incorporated in full by reference.
Subscriptions will automatically renew one year from the date of purchase and every year occurring after. The same credit card used will be applied to this renewal and members should update credit card information with CPE Guide as needed.
Automatic renewal can be cancelled at any time by using the CPE Guide website or contacting customer support. Once cancellation is effective, future payments will not be processed. Full use of the subscription will still be available until the subscription end-date.
Purchased courses through CPE Guide are available for access for a one (1) year period beginning on the date of purchase. As a result of different rules in different states, some courses may expire at different times. To avoid any confusion, please select the correct credit authority and make sure that your state has approved the course you are interested in. If a member has purchased a course that expired prior to receiving credit, CPE Guide, as a policy, will allow the member to switch for a different course of equal or lessor value at no charge to the member.
Credit is only given once per course. If a course is taken multiple times, the credit will only be offered after the first completion.
The purchaser is responsible for all fees and charges associated with their account and is subject to paying those fees and charges during the applicable billing period. Any and all applicable taxes shall also be paid in connection with purchases from CPE Guide. We accept credit card but if US currency in cash dollars is the only option available to you, we will create an invoice upon request.
While our quality is the best in the field, if you are unsatisfied with your experience we will issue a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. However, this does not extend to our discretionary right to ban future use as a result of abuse or over use of our refund or exchange policy.
In the event of a live webinar being cancelled or postponed due to any unforeseen reason (inCPEment weather included) CPE Guide will do its due diligence to notify all registrants using the information provided to us. The new live event date will be provided, and the registrant will have the option to request a credit or exchange, or attend the live event at the newly scheduled time.
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including, but not limited to, artiCPEs, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, videos and audio files that are part of the Website (collectively, the "Content") are protected by copyright and owned, controlled or licensed by CPE Guide, or the party credited as the provider of the Content. Any and all copyright notices, information or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Website should be followed and abided by. No Content from the Website may be copied, reproduced, framed, hyperlinked, republished, downloaded, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way; provided, however, you may download, where specifically permitted, one copy of the Content on any single computer for your personal, non- commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Copying or storing of any Content for other than personal use is expressly prohibited without prior permission from CPE Guide, or the copyright holder identified in the copyright notice contained in the Content.
You can hyperlink the Website only if you stop use of the link at the request of CPE Guide. It is prohibited to use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our Web pages or the Content therein.
Modification of the Content or use of the Content for any other purpose is a violation of CPE Guide's copyright and other proprietary rights. For purposes of these terms, the use of any Content on any other website or networked computer environment is prohibited. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are proprietary to CPE Guide.
"Forum" means letters, e-mails or other types of communications to the webmaster(s) or employees of CPE Guide, and messages posted in connection with online seminar discussions on the Website. You agree that regardless of any law or statute to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Website and these Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or be barred as untimely. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except as provided herein or in writing, signed by CPE Guide.

You may terminate these terms at any time by destroying all Content obtained from any and all Website(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under these terms or otherwise. The privileges granted to you by these terms, including the maintenance of a member account, will terminate immediately without notice from CPE Guide if, in CPE Guide 's sole discretion, you fail to comply with any provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all Content obtained from the Website and all copies thereof, whether made under these terms or otherwise.
